Refund policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the gusto! healthy bowls & wraps Merchandise Store (the "Store"). This Returns and Refunds Policy (this “Policy”) applies to your use of the Store and is subject to the Store Terms, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”), all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy will have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Agreement.
Returns
Unless otherwise stated in this Policy or on the product detail page, items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the order (the “Return Period”) for a refund or replacement, as outlined below.
Final Sale Items:
- All sales are final for customized orders and items marked as “final sale.”
- These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You receive the wrong item.
This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
